Mitt Romney and President Obama are currently running for this presidental election. Who will be the president? In my opinion, Romney won the debate. Romney made a lot of good points, and he left Obama speechless. Romney made some great points, and
Romney says that we must ask ourselves "Is this government program worth borrowing money from China to keep it going?" I agree with him completely. If we want to get out of debt then we must make sacrifices and we must make them soon. Romney plans to cut PBS. Some people didn't like the idea, but if we can't afford it then it needs to be cut out. Another program that Romney plans to cut is Obama Care. He says that it is not worth using tax dollars or borrowing money from China for.
Romney wants to create more jobs. If we have more jobs, the economy will begin to grow. We will have more money coming in for the government and we would not have to go farther and father into debt.
Romney also wants to lower taxes for the middle class and small businesses. The small businesses are the ones that are struggling. The big companies are doing fine so Romney is not going to change their taxes. In my opinion, I think it is a good idea to lower taxes. People will make more money and have more money to spend. That means more money for the government and us not going farther into debt.
In conclusion, I feel that Romney dominated the debate. He had very good reasons for everything he was for or against. I hope Romney pulls us out of this huge debt, but it will take a lot to do so. Romney will cut programs that are not worth borrowing money for. Romney will cut taxes for the middle class. Romney will also try to create more jobs to help the economy grow.
